When items are in stock, we aim to send your order out within 2-3 working days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund you. Despatched goods are sent out on a 72 hour delivery but regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2-4 days after you place your order. Please allow up to 2-4 days for delivery. If your delivery address is anywhere outside of the UK or European Union our system will automatically select an international delivery service and add the cost of shipping to your order. Due to varying import taxes, Atomic Floyd. cannot add taxes and duties to your order, any amount due may have to be paid by the receiver at the destination. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure: - Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before emailing us at support@atomicfloyd.com - We will issue a lost in transit form that will be posted to you. - Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim.

We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.

Please note that all shipments outside the UK or European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the receivers country. As Atomic Floyd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, these additional charges must be paid by the receiver of the goods. Please bear this in mind if you are sending the items as gifts. When the Atomic Floyd courier contacts you to arrange delivery of the shipment, in some cases you will be required to pay the additional charges with cash or cheque. We accept major credit cards. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order. For all international customers, the price shown on our web site covers the price of the item and the shipping costs to your door. The price does not include Duty and tax charges if they are applicable at the final destination.

Should you wish to return an item email support@atomicfloyd.com and request a RETURNS FORM
The RETURNS FORM with you order must be completed in full and accompany the item you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 14 days for the rest of the world. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please also note that you are responsible for taking care to ensure the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Post and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Atomic Floyd products can be purchased from select Apple stores across Europe (including Apple online stores) and from the Atomic Floyd online store.

In Europe you can try at any of the Apple stores near you. Outside of Europe there is no such option yet.

To continue enjoying the best possible sound performance from your Atomic Floyd headphones, we recommend that you follow these simple tips:
Avoid getting moisture in the nozzle, as this can adversely affect sound quality
Avoid striking or dropping the unit - extreme shock can damage the headphones
Whenever buildup is observed, clean the nozzles with a cotton bud
Clean your sleeves regularly with a mild antiseptic or soapy water
Always remove the sleeve from the earphone nozzle before cleaning
Wipe down the earphone housing and cable with an antiseptic routinely
Stop using the headphones if they are causing you discomfort

Most likely it is due to wax on the damper inside the nozzle. Even the smallest amount of wax can cause a drastic drop in volume. Please clean the nozzle to ensure it is not clogged. If you recently got moisture in the nozzle due to cleaning or intense exercise, the speaker may cut out in volume until it dries out. Let the headphones sit overnight and see if it changes.
